How to file a complaint

  1. Email armaansco@gmail.com with "Grievance" in the subject line.
  2. Include your name, contact details, order number (if applicable), and a clear description of the issue.
  3. Attach any supporting documents or photos (e.g., damage photos, payment receipts).
  4. You will receive an acknowledgement email with a ticket number within 48 hours.
  5. We will investigate and respond with a resolution within 1 month.

Escalation if not resolved

If your grievance is not resolved within 1 month, or if you are unsatisfied with the resolution, you can:
  • File a complaint with the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
  • Contact the National Consumer Helpline at 1915 or file online at consumerhelpline.gov.in.
  • Approach the Data Protection Board of India for data protection complaints under the DPDP Act, 2023.
  • Contact the Cyber Cell of your local police for cyber-related complaints.

Tracking your complaint

Every complaint is assigned a unique ticket number. You can use this number to track the status of your complaint by emailing us with the ticket number in the subject line. We will provide status updates at each stage of the investigation.
